We try our best to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns, exchanges, and refunds are sometime required. We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds within 7 days of your order being delivered. If you need to return your purchase all or in part, please send it back to 2625 Piedmont Rd STE 52-252 Atlanta, GA 30324.
Return orders are accessed a restocking fee of 15%. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed. The 15% restocking fee DOES NOT apply to shipment errors on behalf of Braids & Wigs.
The following types of product are not accepted for return:
- Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances.
- Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.
- Used and/Altered Hair Products: We cannot except any hair human or synthetic hair that have been altered from its original state. This includes but is not limited to: extensions, wigs, clip-on, pony tails, braids, or braiding hair that he been altered by removing the binding and/or cutting, coloring, and styling products on the hair. Unless your order was processed and/or shipped incorrectly, Stylist Solutions has sole discretion to approve or decline request for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- We DO NOT accept returns on ANY Hair Care products, used or unused.
We understand that sometimes a shipment may become damaged in transit. Please contact Customer Care at 1-888-870-8167 or email us (email@example.com) within 5 business days for assistance with returning the product.
